PREHIRE PROGRAM: CORPORATE SPONSORED TRAINING

In collaboration with Florida Trucking Association, we match qualified, aspiring drivers with potential employers who provide scholarships to obtain a CDL, at no cost to the student.

Get hired before you train.

FleetForce’s Prehire Program connects employers with motivated trucking school candidates. Students can secure a prehire letter from a company to sponsor their training, covering the upfront costs in exchange for an employment commitment after graduation. With hands-on instruction and a guaranteed job waiting, you can focus on becoming the best driver you can be.

How it works.

Going through training as a prehire student gives you the freedom to focus on mastering your driving skills while your future employer invests in your success. Ask your CDL Success Coach about prehire options after signing up.

Prehire Letter

You can secure a prehire letter from a company willing to sponsor your training. They’ll cover the costs of your training up front in exchange for an employment comittment (typically one year).

CDL Training

Once pre-hired, you’ll go through our CDL Training Program and receive hands-on and classroom training from our licensed instructors. Learn more about our CDL Training Program here.

Start Your Career

As a prehire student, you’ll have a job lined up from the beginning. Once you graduate and pass your CDL Test, you will start your employment and hit the road with confidence.

What you’ll learn.

How to fully and safely operate a commercial vehicle
How to properly back the vehicle, drop, and hook trailers
How to practice defensive driving in high-traffic and dangerous areas
How to properly plan, map, and document hours of service

Class Schedule

Classes are Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm for 4 weeks (Class A) or 1 week (Class B).
