What you need to get started.
Getting started couldn’t be easier. If you have a valid driver’s license, you just have to show up to two quick appointments, and you’ll be on the training track in no time. Prior to starting, your CDL Success Coach will ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (driving record)
- Pass a Physical & Drug Screening

What's the difference between Class A, B, and C?

CDL Class A License
Class A CDL allows you to operate any combination of vehicles that weigh 26,001 pounds or more, and entitles you to haul a trailer that weighs 10,000 pounds or more. Class A vehicles include tractor- trailers, truck and trailer combinations, flatbed vehicles, and most Class B and C vehicles.

CDL Class B License
Class B CDL allows you to drive a single vehicle that weights 26,001 pounds or more without a trailer, or any vehicle towing a trailer that weighs less than 10,000 pounds. Class B vehicles include dump trucks, ready mix/concrete trucks, large busses, and box trucks.

CDL Class C License
Class C CDL covers any vehicle under 26,001 pounds and any vehicle towing another under 10,000 pounds. It also covers vehicles transporting hazardous materials and any vehicles designed to transport 15 or more people.
FleetForce does not offer Class C Training at this time.
